Both Dr. Little and Dr. McAuley are trained to treat people of all ages from birth to our elderly. Some would ask why a child would need to be adjusted? Research shows that by age 10 the average American child has had an average of 2000 traumas to the spine and nervous system. This means that American children's nervous systems are compromised at an early age, causing a large number of symptoms that were at one time more prevalent as an adult, to be happening more frequently in younger generations. These symptoms include headaches, neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, digestive issues, trouble sleeping, trouble focusing and concentrating, to name a few. Chiropractic adjustments realign the spinal bones that have been moved out of place by these traumas. Once the bones are realigned in the proper positions, the body is able to function as designed and health is restored. Both Dr. Little and Dr. McAuley have treated many children for these misalignments of the spine, which cause these symptoms. Children tend to heal faster than adults, and by addressing and treating these traumas in childhood, we may be able to prevent these problems from becoming chronic and potentially more serious later in life. If left untreated, these symptoms will stay with a child through adulthood and likely worsen. Many of our patients come to us in adulthood and are treated for their problems, however many or all of these problems could have been prevented if childhood chiropractic care had been utilized. Many of our patients state how they wish they would've started chiropractic at a much earlier time!
Here at Life Force Chiropractic were treat whole families who are looking for the most cost-effective treatment to keep their family healthy. We know you have many choices in the Puyallup area and we are dedicated to providing the best chiropractic care in the area. Please call us today to schedule a consultation so that we can see if we can help you and your family.

Foam Rolling to relieve back pain
Foam rolling can assist in breaking up muscle knots, resuming normal blood flow and function. The goal to any corrective or recovery technique is to get you back to the point of normal functioning, as if nothing was ever wrong. Thoracic Foam rolling will breakup adhesion's in the spine and allow your posture to improve. It will also help with localized pain in that area.
