Dr. Jennifer Little, DC
Dr. Jennifer Little is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California. She chose this path after being inspired by her own chiropractor, who was also a Palmer graduate. Dr. Little wanted to transform lives, the way that her chiropractor had transformed hers. During her sophomore year in high school, she considered going to a chiropractor for the first time. As an avid violinist, Dr. Little spent several hours practicing and performing in the high school orchestra. Despite her love for playing the violin, there was a lot of pressure placed on her to practice many hours per day; to ensure that she was able to perform at her peak potential. Needless to say, all of the practicing began taking a toll on her body. She slowly began developing pain and discomfort in her upper back and neck. Many days, she would wake up not being able to turn her head or look a certain direction without experiencing sharp pain. A short time thereafter, she was introduced to chiropractic. She admitted to being skeptical at first, but upon learning what was wrong and being educated on how chiropractic care could improve her quality of life, she made the commitment to positively change her life forever. Within a few weeks of care, she became pain-free, and as a result her violin performance skills improved.
It has been my extreme pleasure to manage Chiropractic Clinics for the last 8 years. I have been getting adjusted all my life. My first adjustment was at the age of 6 months old. I had been suffering from chronic ear infections for many months and nothing was working so my Mom took me to see her Chiropractor. Within a few visits my ear infections stopped. My parents strongly believed in Chiropractic and would take me and my sister regularly for check-ups monthly while we were growing up to ensure the proper alignment of our spines while we were growing, playing and injuring ourselves. I can tell you we rarely got sick or rarely felt any pain that a visit to our Chiropractor could not help.
In my 20's I worked in the grocery store industry and got busy with life and stopped getting regular adjustments. I wrecked my body I started having headaches almost daily, back and neck pain, low back pain, knee pain, and foot pain. I realized I was being stupid living with this pain every day and decided I needed to go back to my Chiropractor and what ever he told me to do I did. I was put on a regular treatment schedule for some months, and found the relief from my pain I sought. I want you to know you too can live a pain free life. It takes commitment to the treatment plan and time to heal your body but it is possible.
